In Person

Individual therapy - $200 / 1 hour session

Couples therapy - $225 / 1 hour session (+$25 for an additional half hour)

Virtual

Individual therapy - $180 / 1 hour session

Couples therapy - $200 / 1 hour session

Hypnosis, QHHT and EMDR trauma therapy are conducted in 1.5 hours and the fee is $333 per session or as negotiated on a case by case basis.

Fees include HST and are payable by cash, cheque, or e-transfer at the end of each session.

I offer a sliding scale for clients with lower incomes.
